Many of our dishes have won awards in Gastronomic Competitions

- Escalope of foie gras on a salad with a pommeau (Calvados mixed with apple juice) dressing;
- Sole Vallée d'Auge (Sole with Apple,
Calvados and Cream);
- Salmon cooked in Cider;
- Local smoked ham with flambéed apples;
- Normandy Apple Tart

Lunch served from midday to 1.30 p.m.
Dinner served from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. from 1st May to 30th September..

Closed Monday throughout the year
(except from 10th July to 31st August)
Closed Sunday evening from 15th October to the beginning of April.
